About Zumba Fitness
Celebrity fitness trainer "Beto" Perez stumbled upon the concept of Latin-inspired dance fitness in his native Cali, Colombia, in the mid-'90s. One day, he walked into his aerobics class and realized he had forgotten his aerobics music. I am enjoying my Zumba Set. It is so convenient to work out at home, because I am a working mother of two toddlers. I can work out at any time I want without the restriction of finding childcare. My children enjoy dancing around with me, so they get a work out as well. I also want to mention that the DVD has a run through on every dance move before you begin the system, and it's fun!

Seller was very prompt & DVD arrived in excellent condition. Would use seller again. Zumba tape not very professional in camera work. While the 60 minute how-to DVD was good, with lots of specific instruction and guidance, the other DVDs had very little verbal instruction, so the expectation was that the visual demonstration of steps would be clear enough to follow. They were not. Perhaps other Zumba instructors or schools have a better presentation.

This is very addicting. It is great because you can change it up and it is not the same thing all the time. In just a month I have seen a difference.

I have to say that I really enjoy this workout. It is so much fun and I look forward to doing it everyday. I seen results after the first 2 weeks of doing it daily. I like the 20 min work out express and then I add on some of the sculpt and tone workouts to it. Have fun and enjoy yourself!

I LOVE doing Zumba! I am a big fan. I was looking for something fun to do on the days when I'm not doing Tae Bo, and Zumba DEFINITELY fits the bill. I am a huge clutz and not a dancer by any means, but I've still managed to do all the steps and figure out Zumba. I love all the different workouts in the set. They get my heart rate up so I really feel like I'm getting a good workout, but the workouts are also so much fun that the time goes by quickly. I always feel refreshed and energized afterward ...
