my 3yr old loves this toy and was so excited when he opened the box and already heard it reving up. the only issue i have w/it is that the back fender? spoiler? grey part, is like a key and you have to push that back into the car as it goes flying out everytime it crashes.

The fun potential for these toys is astronomical. Unfortunately, that is only potential. Sad to say these toys are pure crap. Sure, you shake them up and they go, but only for a few feet. If you can get more than 10 feet out of it you are doing well. We have bought the race track and a few other cars and they all disappoint. You might get 2-3 laps on the track but with the car's short running time, there is a little hope of having them crash. My 2 year old loves the cars, but when we try to run them ... Read More

We bought two of these cars for our 26 month old twin boys, and they immediately learned how to use them and have been playing with them non-stop for the last day and a half. We're probably gonna want to get rechargeable batteries now. LOL. These cars are a huge hit and worth every penny! This toy was purchased 'by accident', on the typical situation when you are at a store and child just won't stop crying. So you grab the 1st toy you find and hope he settles for a while.
Well, let me tell you he settled FOR THE DAY. Amazing. I gotta buy that one no matter the price.
