Comments: Item was new, but was not the same bouncer pictured. The item pictured was a newer-model bouncer and we received a much earlier, less expensive model. The bouncer received could have been obtained for a fraction of the price we paid. We were extremely disappointed and tried to contact the seller with provided phone number and it is (of course) disconnected. Be wary.
