Comments: Item didn't work, which happens sometimes. The issue is with trying to return it. Very difficult and not getting much help. You have to e-mail them and then they respond and ask you questions, but in the same e-mail tell you not to respond because it's an automated e-mail. Once they receive your answers they will determine if they will give you an RMA number to return. Calling Little Tikes.
