E Z Pawn Shop has been serving the Chattanooga community since 1985.
We specialize in Loans and jewelry at our storefront location, you will discover all about our services, as well as our courteous and resourceful staff. We were the first E-Z Pawn established. We are a mom and pop store and are a family owned business. We are not affiliated in any way with any other Pawn Shops or chain stores. We have been in the same business for 24 years. In August of 2008 we will celebrate 25 years of success and that is due to great customers. We have not done much advertising over the years. Most of it was done through word of mouth with satisfied customers. If you have any doubts about doing business with us please as always check us out through our feedback and other venues such as the BBB.
We retrieve most of our inventory from individuals who acquire loans and then for some reason cannot purchase them back forcing us to resale them to recover the loan. In some instances we purchase from other business sources who are either going out of business or discontinuing certain items and we will have new items for sale also at those times. We also have associates who purchase items for us at Estate Sales and the like and we cannot guarantee the histoy of those type of items other than to guarantee how we see them when describing them as they are posted. Please note that the customer service number is only provided at customers insistence to have a number to contact us with. We normally do not answer the phones because we are usually not in the office but on the floor. That is why the email is the quickest way to get a response from us and your phone call will more than likely be returned by an email. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are a small business with very few staff to handle the volume. It would be a rarity for us to return any phone calls.
