Comments: I received my order which was a refurbished X Box 360 on time (Christmas Eve), which I wrapped for my son. On Christmas Day, we opened it to find that the A/V cables were severed. They were useless. He could not play with his console. I e-mailed the seller and they have yet to contact me. I will not order from them again.
