Please understand that HOTTOYS2008 is in the business of stocking & selling HOT TOYS that are in high demand or that are discontinued. Our prices are determined by supply & demand and are often priced above the Suggested Retail Prices. We can not guarantee that you will not find the items we sell in your local stores. Stores sell out and then they restock. If you are having a hard time finding something and you find it here, we are happy to do business with you. If you find it later, for less money please understand that we will not be honoring any refunds if you contact us for a refund later than 3 days after you received the item. We do not honor price adjustments due to the fact that the prices fluctuate based on supply and demand.

Comments: The wrong item was sent. I was not refunded my shipping & handling charges. The seller also did not offer to reimburse me to ship the wrong item back. I would never buy from these people again!
