Do you want to buy this toy? Well don't!!!!! This toy is one of the worst toys I have ever had and I have had so many toys. It worked okay for a short amount of time. Then, all it did was spin out of control and then later it cooled down and didn't spin as crazily but it wouldn't stop spinning even when me and my mom kept hitting the trim button repeatedly. The same thing happened to my sister's helicopter and it is also a havoc helicopter. You also need to charge it for 20-30 miniutes, you need 6 AA batteries. SIX!!!!! You can also only play with it for 5-6 miniutes and then you must charge it again. I'm ten years old and I am very unhappy with this toy.

Our four-year-old grandson wanted a helicopter disparately for his birthday. But we did not want to buy him something that would frustrate him. So, his grandfather bought it for himself. He practiced flying it and then invited the grandson over. It's a bit tricky to fly, mind you. But the four-year-old has flown it better or least as well as everyone else.
It's light weight and likely won't last past Christmas, as it crashes from ceiling to floor constantly. Meanwhile, it is a heckofalotafun. Put a little blob of modeling clay on the nose and it is easier to control, by the way. And Elmers glue fixes the bottom wing things pretty well. Have fun and don't take it too seriously.

It barely took off from the ground before it fell down again. The four way control was horrible, and I do NOT recommend that anyone buys this product.

My 10 year old son really liked his Havoc Heli. It took a little adjustment to get the steering right. Just when he got the hang of it, he was trying to take the rear propeller off to clear out some hair that had got wound round it, and didn't use the special tool. He pulled out the whole engine and broke off the connecting wires. He discovered that he could still play with the helicopter by tying it to a string, since it had lost steering, but not power. We replaced it, because he liked it so much, and I don't think he'll make the same mistake again. We bought the second one in a local store, and the owner said the Havoc was holding up better than any other small helicopter he'd sold. Overall we have been very pleased with it.

Usually I don't write a review this early after getting it, but this little helicopter hits the wall about every minute and just keeps coming back for more. I love it, and the little ones love it too.
