My son who is only 3 got this for Xmas. He is thrilled with it. He thinks he is a power ranger. The echoing strange robotic voice that comes out when he talks is GREAT!!
My only complaints are that the back top piece..that is suppose to snap off for head adjustment keeps falling off, due to my sons throwing the helmet off at times. I think with an older child this may not happen. It doesn't really affect the toy even with it off.
Also the microphone is sensitive! It sometimes picks up my voice when I am next to him....maybe this means I am too loud.
Overall a GREAT toy. Highly recommended! LOVE IT!!

We got this for our grandson for Christmas, and it was a big hit! If you are buying for a "Transformers" fan, they will love it. The helmet can "speak" certain phrases in the voice of Optimus Prime, or the child (or adult!) can speak and have their voice "transformed" into a robot type voice. We had a lot of fun with this toy!

After already having the Darth Vadar Voice Changer, I kind of knew what to expect. But this one os even better. The microphone in it is great is pick s up even the littlest of voices. My son got this and the Battle Rig Blaster and has been playing with them non stop all week since he got them !! YAY !

This item made a 4 year olds christmas. He thought it was the greatest thing that he could dress and sound like a transformer. The voice really does sound like optimus prime and pair it with a blue sweatsuit you have a halloween costume. Can with stand a few drops as well with ease. A+++++

My son got this for Christmas from Santa, it is a great gift- Lots of fun!! The adults tried it and had just as much fun as the my 6 year old.
