I give this product 5 stars across the board. There are two versions of this helmet one that has Peter Cullins voice "the true Optimus Prime voice" and the other one with Gary Chalk I beleive who does the voice of Optimus Primal in Beast Wars. You can tell be the phrases next to the "Try Me", Peter Cullins "The Real Prime" voice will say "Real Movie Voice" and Gary Chalks' will say "Battle Phrases"

I have the Vader talking helmet already. I got it for myself :P Plus, after the initial shelf rush, the Vader voice changer helmets quickly went on sale for 6 bucks at Target.
The Prime Helmet has a better voice changer, much louder and clearer.
It will fit an adult with a little adjustment.
The only thing I would point out, is that the built-in phrases on this helmet suck. They are not the classic Prime as voiced by legendary Peter Cullen. It's some guy who probably got pulled at the toy factory and the boss asked hey who can do an Optimus Prime impression?
That said, again...the Built-In Prime phrases suck, it sounds like some plain well-spoken, Englishman with no accent saying Prime phrases with a slight 'ting'. That's the only part about this helmet that sucks really.
Some may find a downside that this is the Movie Version of Prime and not the classic version. I guess it depends on what you'll be wearing with this. :P

Here's an embarrassing thing- I love this helmet. And I'm in my 40's. I first saw it in a video on YouTube (MarkDayComedy) and was smitten. It actually fits the adult head, and is very adjustable with lots of straps inside the helmet. You have to get it positioned correctly, or the nose pad will sit very heavily on the bridge of your nose- which is not comfortable! But fidget around with the straps, and it will fit anyone.
The eye sockets are golden in hue, and while you can see fine to stalk around the house, I certainly wouldn't recommend driving in it!
The supplied voices are very clear. The helmet comes with well known Transformers phrases- "I AM OPTIMUS PRIME!"- and the microphone is adjustable so you can speak in to it and have your own robot voice boom out nicely. If someone is standing next to you, they can hear your voice as well, but that's a minor point.
The battery casing is on top of the head, and covered by a snap on piece that I fear will break eventually, but what do you want for a little over 20 bucks? Small children will probably break the pointy bits off the top of the helmet first, but older children (10? depends on your kid) should be able to keep it in one piece.
And if you don't have any makeup on and the postman or UPS guy comes to the door, you can always pop the helmet on and scare the heck out of him :)

definately more clearer and louder sound compared to the "cyberman" and "darth voice changer" helmets. future helmets or electronic hands, like "iron man" or "c3po" perhaps, should have better lens to see through, cuz the current ones are not so even and can make one dizzy if looked through a certain angle, and blinking lights somewhere to make it more interesting. transformers fans would enjoy this.
