So our daughter loves this horse but fo rthe most part it hogs up a lot of space in the house. When her friends come over and ooo and ahhh over it she once again thinks it is great. She like to feed and brush it and it is really a cute toy, just a bit pricey and large is my thoughts on it.

WHY on earth would a child need all the electronics in this thing? My girls' grandmother has a sturdy, large stuffed pony that probably cost at least half what this does. That pony does everything this pony does AND MORE - WITHOUT batteries! It's called IMAGINATION, people!!! The very first time anything goes wrong or breaks with this pony, it's ruined. Grandma's pony has far fewer things that could go wrong with it, and probably could be repaired by anyone with an upholsterer's needle and a thimble. Do your child a favor - buy one like Grandma's, and spend the rest of the money on REAL trail rides, pony carousels, and hay rides. You and your child will have a lot more fun.

I had seen this item in our local Wal-mart store after our granddaughter's birthday in February. When I saw it on your website, we decided to get it for her has a belated birthday gift, and she just loves it! Fun and easier to keep than a real horse.

My daughter loves this horse. I wish that you could buy more extras for it. I did also invest in rechargable D batteries as well which has turned out to be a good investment.

Grandma handpicked this one for our two children for Christmas 2006. The kids love hugging it and "riding" it. Problems: feeding it a carrot doeesn't seem to work, so the kids end up shoving the carrot in repeatedly, as the head refuses to eat any more almost immediately. The horse has already developed a clicking sound to the motor--not good, as the motor is already very noisy as the horse's head moves. I could not fit the box in the back of my Subaru Outback wagon, and had to leave the hatch door open, secured with bungy cords. The kids lost interest in it pretty quickly, but they will still on occasion pet it and ride it.
