i bought this for my 25 year old brother based on the great reviews. we have a blast playing taboo, cranium, whonu, scrabble, and of course any card games. however, this game was reaaaaly boring for us. rolling dice over and over trying to match the colors on the cards was just frustrating and dull.
we played this game for 10 minutes and will probably never play it again. garage sale!

My girls just got this for Christmas and we played it as a family last night. It's fun, action packed and is not just the "same game" every time. The machine changes up the game a little each time. We LOVED it! Love how all the game pieces store inside and no need to keep the box.

This game is an absolute must for family get-togethers! It is fun for adults and children alike. It's good for getting younger ones to LISTEN to the instructions of the dice. (If you're busy laughing it up, you can hit a button on the dice to have him repeat the last instructions). This game is FAST paced and action packed - the player MUST match the roll seen on the card exactly and must do so within the time alloted by the big die. The good news is that the die will adjust the amount of time, i.e. if everyone is "bombing" and not succeeding on a given turn, the action will slow down a bit. Likewise, if players ARE getting the rolls and matching the cards every time, the die will speed up. The bad news is if there is a group playing and the die decides to speed up right before it is your turn!!
Nevertheless, this is very entertaining and great for families. There is no volume button on the die; that's a "con" as if there are only a few players, the voice can certainly be blaring; however, the pros outweigh as this is good, clean, family fun and highly recommended for holiday get-togethers or just a random Saturday afternoon.
Easy to store and get out of the box! That's ALWAYS a plus! Don't forget to turn the unit "off" lest the batteries die prematurely. Of note, the tray for storing the dice and cards is a bit too small for little hands to effectively gather up the dice quickly. Players may therefore wish to play on a hard surface such as a kitchen table or coffee table and play by rolling on a thin dishtowel or other thin cloth (to keep the dice from "bouncing") - much easier for little hands to grab the dice. Remind them to roll relatively gently!

The new Yahtzee Turbo is a fast paced, action packed version of the old standard. Guaranteed to liven up any party. My teenagers absolutely love it. If you love Yahtzee - you must try this version. I would highly recommend this product.

Bought as a x-mas present for grandkids. Works great and is lots of fun for the kids or for family play. One of the great things about the product is that "all" the parts (cards and dice) store inside at the bottom of the cube when not being used. Keeps them from getting lost when the kids stop playing and you always have them when ready to play again. Would recommend the product; though the price should be less for the game.
