I ordered this toy and for some reason it was never delivered to me, but Amazon claimed I returned it saying I didn't want it....I am not sure what happened, but I was very disappointed with the situation. Amazon corrected the mistake so I hope all is well.

My 18mos old son LOVES this toy! He is singing the alphabet song and even trying to start producing the sounds of the letters (not just the names). A must have for a kitchen trying to build pre-reading skills.

Title pretty much covers it. Our daughter loves it. She's already able to turn it on and off as well as knows what the buttons due. Still working on getting her to switch from one letter to the next, but at 18 months she appears to get most of how it works.

After only playing with this toy for a week, my 19 month old could already identify three letters! "A, B, W" she tells me as she points out the letters on the fridge! I LOVE this toy. It withstands her carrying all over the house and repeatedly dropping it. I bought this toy for my best friends son because I love it so much! It does have volume control, but it doesn't help much since my daughter is able to switch it from quite to loud.

This is one of the best "toys" this year! I bought two of them. The kids really like to play with it while you're busy in the kitchen and they start singing the songs and trying to recognize the letters! Plus it grows with them. The lower case letters work in the same base so they can interchange upper and lower case letters which makes it play the same ditty. When they get older, you can buy a different base that lets them start spelling simple words with the letters! Awesome! Can't say enough good things about this one!
