Rating: -
This is such a wonderful toy. My son started playing with this at 1 and still uses it. We would take it on car rides all the time or to the grocery store, it is small enough for them to hold and push the buttons.
If you have a stainless steel fridge, get a magnetic board and mount it on the wall. This way you can place all the letters and game on it. You can also interact by having them bring you the letters off the board that you ask for.

This product is a great improvement over the usual magnetic alphabet letters that we're used to sticking on the fridge.
The set was bought for my grandson entering preschool.

We originally bought this product for my daughter when she turned 1. She LOVED it and was singing her ABCs by 20 months. As she passed 2 yrs, she started sounding the letters with the catchy tune. Now she is 3 and doesn't have much interest, but my 13 month old son is discovering it for himself. And this toy is very durable - it has taken a beating and looks brand new.

This toy has been a hit with my daughter (18 months) since I opened it up for her! She loves putting the letters in the unit and hearing the little song which gives the name and sounds of each letter. She also loves hearing the whole ABC song and knows it is chunks!
We use this on the floor because she scatters the letters around and in the kitchen it can be a slipping hazard.
She can correctly identify a few letters now and I attribute that to this toy!
Thanks LeapFrog!

My son, who is now 3 years old, was slightly speech delayed between 1 and 2.5 years of age. However, he learned all of his letters and their sounds through this toy and he still loves to play with it. It's one of the few toys he has not tired of. The DVD that comes with it is also his favorite to watch and has been a great supplement to the set. I highly recommend it for all young toddlers.
