I bought this toy box for my one year old grandson. His father put it together after Christmas and is very satisfied. It's as big as your standard size toy box and the cherry wood is beautiful and heavy. We are very satisfied.

This is a great product! So easy to put together! I gave this to my parents for their house and I'm now considering getting another for my own house. Does not take up too much room and yet is big enough to store toys to rid of the clutter.

This chest looks nice, is good quality (appears to be all solid wood from what I can tell), and is sturdy. I'm not sure if adults should sit on it on a regular basis but I think it could accomodate just about any child. It was also relatively easy to put together (only took me about half an hour WITH my 19 month old son trying to help). It looks great in our entry way and is a nice place to hide toys.
