I bought this for my 5 year old daughter for Christmas and she was thrilled. She is enthralled with HSM and likes to play with dolls (Barbies, Hannah Montana...). It is fairly sturdy and simple to set up. My daughter plays with the HSM dolls and barbies in it. It comes with enough accessories to get started, but seems to be compatible with other HSM room accessories and seems to be built to the same scale as barbie and other similar product lines so you can add to it.

This was my 7 year olds big gift from Santa. The dollhouse, to me, was disappointing. The stickers aren't even close to being put on correctly. Their are big air bubbles all through all of them. It's not really made well either. We got one that had the front doors warped and we can't get them straight no matter what we do. Having said all that, it is a child's toy. My daughter loves this high school musical play set Except I cannot find How you make it play the song ? I put the baterries in where is the button to make it sing? Mine came with absolutley no instructions !!!!!

My hubby put it together and said it wasn't bad to put together. The kids loved it. They are 5 and 7.5 and played for it for about 2 or so hours Xmas morning. I put batteries where batteries go and it will only play the song a bit once and then you have to jiggle the batteries for it to play again. Other than that it is cute.
