what the heck!! I got this because the reviews sounded like it was a pretty good buy for the cheap price.. Got them in the mail, hooked them up, and was blown away by the amazingness of these speakers! They are powerful little dudes, I don't think I've ever heard something so loud out of something so small! When they are about 3/4 turned up my whole desk shakes, the wall shakes, my chair shakes, neighbors had to come over to tell me to be quite but when i opened the door i couldn't even hear them ... The speakers deliver the sound quality promised and affirms the opinions of the many positive reviews. I really like the product design, with a separate control base...very stylish and useful, but of poor quality. The top of the control base came undone (unglued itself) in a few days of using it. Apart from this annoyance, the product quality meet expectations...the price makes it a true value purchase!
I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others.

I read the user reviews and figured for $[...] bucks, I'd give them a whirl. Well they can't have them back. I am blown away! So much sound out of such a small set of speakers. I was considering MUCH more expensive speakers. No need. They're even great for plugging in my ipod, or the tv in my bedroom. A+

I got this for Christmas and hooked it up to my laptop, Listen this sounds VERY GOOD and you cannot beat the price i was very surprised!
